2. Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Hats that show signs of use or are not in their original packaging will not be accepted.
- Return Period: You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- Return Process:
- Email us at returns@karandauk.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product, if necessary.
- Our customer service team will respond with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.
3. Refunds
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the total paid for the returned product, excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect product).
4. Exchanges
- Eligibility: We accept exchanges for different sizes or colours, provided the item is unused and in the same condition as received. The period for requesting an exchange is 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

5. Defective Products
- Defect Reporting: If you receive a defective product, email us at support@karandauk.com with photos of the defect and order details.
- Resolution: We will review the case and, if the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost or process a full refund, including shipping costs.
